I am an organizational behavior scholar in the field of public administration and policy interested in investigating organizational, social, and institutional factors that shape and guide individual's perceptions and behaviors in public organizations. In particular, I am interested in the topics of workplace identities, leadership, social networks and impacts of technology at work.
I received my PhD in Public Administration and Public Policy at the School of Public Affairs at Arizona State University. At ASU, I worked as a research assistant in the Center for Science, Technology, & Environmental Policy Studies (CSTEPS) where I conduct my research and run grant-funded research projects and worked with Dr. Bienenstock on multiple grant-funded projects on social capital and social networks.
Prior to moving to the US, I lived in Poland, Italy, and Spain. I have M.A. in Economics from University at Albany - State University of New York and have B.A. in International Studies from Ewha Womans University. I worked as research assistant at Rockefeller Institute of Government, Albany, NY, USA and Korea Center for International Finance, Seoul, Korea.
